I found it while l...Thanks for this detailed piece. I found it while looking for the date of a showing of Payday I went to at Anthology Film Archives. Mr. Torn was slated to introduce the film, which I thought would be cool.<br /><br />But as I was going in, he was coming out. He appeared to be on a mission. I sort of wanted to follow or accompany him, as I thought he would find himself at Tile Bar, but I really wanted to see the movie too. He did not return to perform the introduction.<br /><br />I remember it was cold and snowy. March 2009 sounds right.
